GMMH events in support of Carers Week 2017

GREATER Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust (GMMH) is celebrating unsung heroes across the City Region during Carers Week 2017.

The Trust will be holding a series of events to say thanks to carers for the vital help they give to our service users.

Carers Week is an annual awareness campaign, which takes place to celebrate and recognise the vital contribution made by the UK’s 6.5 million carers.

Carers week 2017

Between 12 June and 18 June, carers can enjoy health walks in the countryside of Bury, a Great Get Together event in the Curve, coffee and cake at a Salford carer’s listening event and much more besides.

GMMH is also launching its new Carer’s Feedback Questionnaire online, with seven simple questions to help the Trust understand how they can help the friends and families of service users.
