Home Consultation - 3 Weeks Remain

Home logo (small version)

The public consultation period for proposals set out in the Home document ends on 30th March 2014. The consultation began on Monday 6th January and completes at 5pm on Sunday 30th March.

Here's where we've been:

During the consultation, representatives from the trust and the Clinical Commissioning Groups of Bolton and Salford have engaged with service users, carers, councillors and other local authority agencies on just what the proposals entail; making efforts to get clear messages to those directly affected by what is suggested in order to improve mental health services.

Members of the trust executive team presented the proposals at public meetings including Overview & Scrutiny Committees, Health & Wellbeing Boards and Healthwatch meetings. Trust managers and consultants attended meetings with local voluntary organisations including BAND: Building A New Direction, Bolton Carers Group & Bolton Carers Support, Bolton Dementia Support Group, Bolton CVS Healthcare and Wellbeing Forum and Making Space.

The trust has also held three public drop-in sessions with senior trust staff in place to facilitate the face-to-face answering of questions for anyone who wanted to know more about the proposals.

Here you can download the consultation document, including all information relating to the proposals in PDF format.

Alternatively you can read the publication online using Issuu, a digital publishing website that attempts to simulate the experience of reading a print publication online.

You'll also find an online version of the response form included in the document. We welcome your views and encourage you to use the online response form for your ease.
