Take a holiday from booze this January!

Alcohol Concern’s Dry January is an annual campaign in which they challenge people to give up alcohol for the 31 days of January.

With Christmas excess gone, banish the booze this January and make a healthy start to the New Year.  With no hangovers you’ll find time and energy you never knew you had! So go on, take time out, get thinking about your drinking and prove to yourself that you can say no to a tipple or two.

You can register to take part here: https://registration.dryjanuary.org.uk/
