The Living Wage has increased!!
GMW is proud to announce that even more staff are going to benefit from an increase in the Living Wage.
265 staff will now benefit from the new rate of £8.25 per hour from 1 December 2015!
Bev Humphrey, Chief Executive of Greater Manchester West Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust said,
"We are delighted to be the first NHS trust in the North West to give our staff the Living Wage rate. It is so important to us that we pay employees more than what we are legally obliged to, and offer them a decent standard of living for themselves and those who depend on them."
