Patient Stories

Telling your story can support service developments here at GMMH. Listening to what you have to say about your experience can help us understand what is working well and where things can improve.

Whether you’re a current or former service user, the carer (family member or friend) of somebody who has used our services, or a member of staff, we want to hear your story.

We can include your name in the patient story or anonymise it for you and support you to tell it in a way that you feel comfortable with.

We will work with you to decide where to share your story. It can be shared with the Trust Board and/or used in staff training to support learning from your experience. You can remove your consent for us to share your story at any time.
