Alternatively you can download a paper Library Reader Registration Form fill in and return to the Curve Library to register.

Terms and Conditions
GMMH Library and Knowledge Service is part of NoW (North West NHS Libraries) a consortium of NHS libraries across the North West of England who are working together to provide library services. By registering with GMMH Library and Knowledge Service you agree to the NoW terms and conditions.
Borrowing resources
Loan lengths
Books can be borrowed for four weeks.
Borrowing rights
GMMH staff and students on placement can borrow up to twelve books.
External members and guest users can borrow up to six books.
Renewals
Books are automatically renewed up to five times if they have not been reserved by another user.
Reservations
GMMH Staff and Students on placement can reserve up to twelve books.
External members and guest users can reserve up to six books.
Resources can be reserved via the Online Library Catalogue. You will need an online library account to place reservations. To set one up please contact the library: library@gmmh.nhs.uk
