Board Meetings

Part 1 of our Board meetings are held in public usually in The Curve on our Prestwich site. Though not a public meeting, members of the public are very welcome to attend these meetings and ask questions at the designated time. Part 2 of our Board meetings are held in private and are reserved for discussion of confidential items.

Should you wish to join a Part 1 meeting of the Board of Directors meetings or provide feedback or ask questions on any agenda items, please contact our Company Secretary (CorporateGovernance@gmmh.nhs.uk). The principles set out in our ‘Procedure for Questions from the Public at Board of Directors Meetings’, which can be found  HERE, will be maintained and a record of any questions or answers raised will be included in the meeting minutes. The minutes published in our Part 1 Board meeting papers relate to the previous meeting and are draft. Any amendments are noted as part of the minutes of the subsequent meeting at which the previous meeting’s minutes are approved.
