Referral Information for professionals

We have a set of digital GP resource packs for each of the local areas we operate in. These provide information about:

• each service in the area
• the local helplines/crisis cafes available to residents
• posters and proposed social media posts
• how to make a professional referral, and where self-referrals are accepted.

To receive a GP pack, please email communications@gmmh.nhs.uk and indicate which pack you would like: Bolton, Salford, Trafford, Manchester or Wigan and Leigh.
