Young Minds is the UK's leading charity committed to improving the emotional wellbeing and mental health of children and young people.

Self Help Services

Provides a range of services (including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) that you are able to self-refer to. This covers Manchester, Salford, Trafford, Stockport and Halton/St Helens.
