Complaint consultation events - May 2025

We are looking to improve how we handle peoples’ complaints and would like to invite service users, carers and relatives to a consultation event to discuss our Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) and Complaints Policy. We want to hear from people who have made a complaint recently to find out more about their experience and how it could be better in the future.

If you would like to take part, please book a place at one of our two events which will be held at our headquarters, The Curve, Bury New Road, Prestwich, M25 3BL on:

  • Friday 2 May 2025 from 1pm to 3pm in Room 1
  • Tuesday 13 May 2025 from 1pm to 3pm in Room 2

Places are limited so if you want to come along and take part, please book with our PALS and Complaints Teams by calling 0161 358 1687 or emailing pals@gmmh.nhs.uk.  

With your help we can make our complaints handling better so that we can achieve better outcomes and improve our services.

The Trust will reimburse all public travel expenses or mileage costs if using your own car.
