GMMH receives the InPhase Cultural Change Award 2024
Earlier this month (15 October), Gareth Turner and Karen Gold from our Systems team, attended the Ideagen InPhase Northern User Group Conference, where they were pleased to accept the 'Cultural Change Award 2024' on behalf of Greater Manchester Mental Health Foundation Trust (GMMH).
In congratulating the Trust on this award, InPhase praised our implementation of the system and the innovative style that we have wielded the system in the short time it has been with us. They also gave special mention to the integrations we have implemented from InPhase to our other system and described them as groundbreaking.
This could not have been achieved without the tiresome and innovative work of the GMMH implementation team.
After the conference, Gareth, GMMH System Manger, stated:
Change is never easy in a trust as large as ours, however along our journey with InPhase we have worked with so many knowledgeable and devoted colleagues that helped us achieve our goal of implementation and continue to help us to develop the system into something we can continue to be proud of. This award is made possible by all those colleagues who supported the implementation or were part of the Implementation Project team.
While Karen, Senior Systems Officer, commented on the impact this system will have for the Trust and patients, stating:
I was very proud to be part of the InPhase Implementation team, bringing on board an innovative system, that will change the way we work with all aspects governance for the better and improve staff and patient experience when using the system.
