GMMH to present at Annual Forum for Psychological Therapies Services

APPTS 10th Annual Forum. 5th December 2024. Online event.

The Accreditation Programme for Psychological Therapies Services (APPTS) are holding their tenth Annual Forum this week on Thursday 5 December 2024.

The theme for this year's forum is 'Applying inclusivity in psychological therapies'. 

Two teams from Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust (GMMH) are presenting at the forum, including:

  • Kieran Jones, Peer Mentor Co-ordinator, will be presenting a session called “Language change and physical health”
  • Rufus May, Consultant Clinical Psychologist, Annie Phiri, Trainee Clinical Psychologist and Director, and Uzair Javid, Associate Psychological Practitioner and Director, Let's Face Change will be presenting a session about “Let’s Face Change”

The event is taking place online, from 10am to 4pm and is free to attend for staff working in an APPTS member service, service user or carer representatives.
