NHS Staff Survey Results for 2024

The 2024 NHS Staff Survey results for GMMH are now available on the Staff Survey Coordination Centre website: NHS Staff Survey interactive dashboard.

The annual survey is the largest workforce survey in the world and provides invaluable insight into our colleague’s experiences across the NHS. This year 774,828 NHS staff took part.

This is the fourth year the results are aligned to the NHS People Promise.

Responses are categorised into nine themes and GMMH scores have improved in all nine themes since last year. 

The 2024 results for all NHS organisations are published on the NHS Staff Survey website: 2024 National NHS Staff Survey Results.
