Managing Worry

In times of crisis, it is very common for people to worry more than usual or to worry/experience setbacks in their recovery journey. Although we may be more isolated than usual, there are still lots of things we can do to manage our situation and feel less affected by worry.

As a patient

As a service user, relative or carer using our services, sometimes you may need to turn to someone for help, advice, and support.
