Carers Art Group The group is open to all carers with an interest in art, no experience is necessary. We meet every Monday, 10am-1pm, at Trafford Carers Centre, 13 Warwick Road, Old Trafford, M16 0QX.
Caring for Carers Trafford Caring for Carers in conjunction with Age UK run a Mental Health Carers Forum monthly and a Carers Alcohol Support Group every 2 weeks. They provide care assessment, health questionnaires, regular reviews, advocacy, information & advice, emotional support, carers support, trips & events as well as short breaks. Carers Choir The group meets on Mondays Sale West Community Centre, Newbury Avenue, Sale from 4.15pm - 5.30pm.
Carers Gardening Group   Gorse Hill Allotment, Burleigh Road. Every Monday from 9.30am – 12.30pm
Carers Craft Club The group meet in a room that is fully accessible, and the group is open to all carers with an interest in craft; all levels of ability are welcome. meet most Fridays, 10am-1pm, at Trafford Carers Centre, 13 Warwick Road, Old Trafford, M16 0QX.

Meditation Session for carers   The Hope Centre, Hampden Rd, Sale, M33 7UB Second Thursday of each month from 11am - 12.00pm
Mental Health Carers Group Trafford Caring for Carers Partnership are interested to know of any carers who would be interested in forming a carers group of their own. This would probably include making plans to meet up regularly for a chat/coffee or social events. The carers would be in control of how they would like to see the group evolve. Trafford Carers Centre Trafford Carers Centre is a non-profit organisation that supports unpaid carers looking after someone who lives in the Trafford area. They provide advocacy, care assessments, health checks, counselling, funding for carers, emergency card scheme, information e-books, newsletters, social events, therapy services as well as training and volunteering. Trafford Caring for Carers Project Trafford Caring for Carers Partnership is a project supporting carers of people with mental health needs and substance misuse in the Trafford area. The project is a partnership between Age UK Trafford and Trafford Carers Centre and also works with Rethink in Trafford. Trafford Hard of Hearing Group Free Lip reading Classes Trafford Hard of Hearing Group are running regular lip reading classes, free of charge. The classes take place at St Matthew’s Church Hall, Chapel Lane, Stretford, and are free to anyone with a hearing loss and their families. Tea and biscuits are available for a small charge. The classes are on Thursdays with the Multilevel class from 10.30am - 12.30pm and the Beginners class from 1pm - 3pm. Vibrant Voices Choir For anyone living with dementia, their family, friends and carers. The choir costs £3 per person, which includes tea and cakes in the first hour. Ground Floor of The Cinnamon Club, The Firs, Altrincham, WA14 2TQ Every Wednesday 2 - 4pm
