Notice is hereby given that the Annual Members’ Meeting of Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust will take place on Monday 12 September 2022 at 11.45am in Conference Room 7, The Curve, Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust, Bury New Road, Prestwich, Manchester M25 3BL The Meeting will consider, amongst other things, the following business:

• Our Annual Report 2021/22
• Our Annual Accounts 2021/22
• The Auditor’s Report on our Annual Accounts 2021/22
• Our Forward Plans
• Progress with the Implementation of our Membership Engagement Strategy
• Results of Governor Elections
• Appointments to the Board of Directors

The agenda for the Annual Members Meeting will be made available on the Trust’s website (https://www.gmmh.nhs.uk/amm) prior to the meeting taking place.
